- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation 45 days before scheduled arrival, full refund less $50 processing fee for refund. Cancellation 30 days before
scheduled arrival two thirds of the deposit is refundable less $50 processing fee for refund.
Cancellation 15 days or less before scheduled arrival will result
in loss of deposit.
- DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $300 at time of check-in. Refundable within
15 days of checkout if no damage.

- SMOKING/PETS: Ptarmigan Trail is a smoke and pet free environment.
Violation of this policy
will be grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of deposits and rents paid
plus damages and legal fees.
- RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Reservations are confirmed with a deposit
of 50% of the cost for the entire rental period. Balance upon
arrival. Deposit may be made by MC/Visa or check payments must
be received within 7 days of making reservation. The balance
is due upon arrival.
